Hello all, thanks so much for your suggestions. I have raised a complaint on casino.guru in hopes that would do something. If any Stake representative messages me or posts here then I would be happy to provide any and all documentation from live chats to emails.
Don't expect them to reply here, since they haven't responded to any issues against them for a while now(as I mentioned before). I asked for evidence earlier since it is the norm here, and it adds context to your complaint. Anyway, good luck.
I can't recall the last time I seen a stake representative respond to a complaint. I'm not 100% sure but I think they prefer to handle things within their own support system/forum or through an official mediator like CG.
OP have you tried posting in their announcement thread and seeing if someone responds there?
