Wouldn't it make it even more visible if you shared your address to be excluded?
At the moment your address is just one address hidden in a huge dataset. I can't deterministically say which address is yours unless you tell me.
For instance, I just opened mempool.space, I chose a random block number (654321) and chose this transaction: fca1685fc160c887fba92bc925f513b3b0fcb437c2267d74207265457af82ccc.
The spending address holded ~120 BTC.
What can I do about it? Nothing! Unless the owner of the address tells me their address so that I can threaten them. *

* No need to explain that I wouldn't do that and that I hate violence.
