I am waiting to see another failure  from Ten hag. Why the Leverkusen management is relying on Ten Hag after such a big failure with Manchester United is a mystery. Leverkusen did not p lay well in the pre-season matches. Even in the two matches of this season, Leverkusen performed very badly.
In today's match, Werder Bremen  managed to score  2 goals in the second half despite playing with 10 players. I would say this is Leverkusen's biggest failure. The team played like a fool. After getting a 3 - 1 lead, Leverkusen should have played defensively and secured a 3-1 victory. But they did not do it.
What else can Ten Hag do to prove himself to the general public now? He is a good coach I must say, but he is hoping the bad teams. He failed at Manchester United due to some internal problems from the team because even the new manager Amorim is struggling in the team, while Ten Hag even manage to win two trophies with Manchester United in the two successful seasons he coached the team, and remember they signed him from Ajax when he was the best manager there due to his performance, but now he is struggling to win matches with teams that are below his former team standard.

Since Ajax is still suffering, the best thing for Ten Hag and Ajax is to reach agreement to have him back because since he departed from the club, they haven’t gotten a perfect replacement for him. And for Leverkusen, I think they might recover along the line of the players get used to Ten Hag tactics soon.
Ten Hag has created such a bad reputation in football that even if he tries hard and the team performs well under him, the fans will doubt him now. Even then, if he could have performed well for Leverkusen, then maybe the fans would have forgotten his past records but it seems that he has started his tenure at Manchester United from where he left off, that is, Leverkusen has not improved much. I am just trying to reconcile the fact that even before Ten Hag took over Leverkusen, Leverkusen was a good performing team but since Ten Hag took over, Leverkusen has started to decline gradually. If this continues, the situation of this team will go to a worse level, but then there will be more negative reactions from the fans about this issue. There is still time to prove yourself and bring Leverkusen back to winning ways with his skills and tactics.
