Addiction starts slowly and takes time to eat you up. The moment you notice that you are gambling too much, you need to stop and go on a break to neutralize your thoughts and urge on gambling.
Taking a break and refreshing yourself may sound easy, but it's actually incredibly difficult. I've challenged myself to stop thinking about gambling when my gambling intensity is high, but I have to say it's incredibly difficult to control. There's always an inner urge to try and try, regardless of whether I win or lose more.
It's only people that see it as a way to escape out of poverty that wouldn't care if they are gambling too much. Rather, they see it as an opportunity to increase their chances to make profit. These set of people will continue chasing their losses despite the fact that they are addicted.
You have loved ones and you should consider them whenever you want to gamble in order to gamble responsible and live healthy with our family. Hitting it big in gambling is real but difficult to achieve.
You know, there will come a time when someone will choose to turn back and stop gambling, even though they may have already lost a lot of money. They won't mind it as long as their gambling is for fun, that means they're a responsible gambler. Many people say they want to quit, but in reality, they just can't get over it.
