Mourinho hasn't been that good for a while now, so it snot a shocker. When he went back to Chelsea after his Real Madrid stint, he wasn't terrible, he was still trying to cling to his system and wasn't terrible, I would consider that as his last good times. Then he moved to United, and while he did win few unimportant cups there, and Europa if I am not mistaken, he was still terrible at premier league, terrible.
Tottenham was obviously one of his worst years, but looking at both United and Spurs, not like they did much better after him neither. With Roma he won conference league and almost won Europa league (and deserved to win if not for a bad referee), but was terrible at the league again. So this dude plays alright for cups, but he was terrible at the leagues for nearly 10 years now, it's getting to ten years.
