well I don't know how public schools operate in other countries, but in my country public schools are not bad there mode of operation is manageable, even myself I went to both public school and private school I don't see anything wrong with public schools if parents can't afford to send their children to private school  and can afford public school there is nothing wrong with that, beside public schools are schools build by the government of a country for those parents that can't afford private schools so if all the parents send their children to private schools who will then go to the public schools build by the government? So if you ask me public schools are not that bad anybody can choose to send to their children to any school they can be able to afford.
