After winning opening game against Afghanistan, Pakistan today registered their second win of this tri nation cup. Pakistan won the game but today we saw only two batsmen scoring runs. UAE team did their best while chasing a target of 207 runs and ended up scoring 176 runs. Asif Khan is top scorer of the match as he scored 77 runs and from Pakistan side Hassan Ali was most expensive bowler who conceded 47 runs in his 4 overs but picked 4 wickets.
Pakistan is the strongest in this tri-series. Pakistan got an easy win against Afghanistan in the first match. Winning against a team like UAE was not a difficult task. I expected Pakistan to win by a bigger margin. But we did not see a better performance from Pakistani bowlers as expected.
Pakistan was able to give a big target of 208 runs in today's match. With the help of Saim Ayub's innings of 69 runs off 38 balls and Hasan Nawaz's innings of 56 runs off 26 balls, Pakistan was able to give a target of 208 runs. However, Pakistani bowlers could not bowl as expected. UAE was able to collect a big score of 176 runs. Especially Asif Khan's batting surprised everyone. Asif Khan played an innings of 77 runs off just 35 balls.
