In the end, Napoli managed to win today, with Anguissa scoring the winning goal in the 95th minute. Cagliari failed to force the reigning Serie A champions to share the points, they were very unlucky. The narrow victory was enough to secure three points, even if it came late, but Conte certainly isn't happy with his team performance. Without Lukaku, Napoli attack looks blunt and struggles to score, and I think this might continue to make it difficult for them to win in the future.
So at this point it is beginning to get safe to say that Napoli is struggling because if they have to do this much to win Cagliari then they are actually struggling, they have other top team they will be facing moving forward, both in their Serie A and other leagues of which i consider cagliari as an average team so struggling against them only means it will be even more struggle with others, maybe this is the effect of the absence of their key player Romeo lukaku, hopefully they will be able to hold grounds well enough before he returns to the team.
