Oh, but I assumed everyone already knew that.

This does not prevent MSTR (or HOOD) from entering SP500 at all because IBKR entered because Walgreens went out of public markets (got privatized).
These kind of changes can happen literally ANY time.
When we were discussing Sep 5, I assumed that we were talking about quarterly re-balancing.
I am still saying that there is NO public info about that.
