Welcome to the pushups thread and pushups - whether you choose to do them every day or not. I think that many of us started out with small amounts of daily pushups and worked our way up to larger amounts of daily pushups.
They still hurt for me after 573 days of doing them, and there have been plenty of times that I did not want to do them and/or that I thought that I was getting pains in various parts of my body that did not even seem to be directly connected with pushups, but what else could it be?
At the same time, there are still several ways that I can measure my improvements, and I think that my muscle mass is probably improving.. for sure my strength and abilities to do pushups has improved quite a bit over the past year and a half.
It is pretty well known that as we get passed a certain age (perhaps mid-40s and perhaps older for some) it becomes more and more difficult to actually add muscle mass..
So there still can be some advantages in doing pushups on a regular basis (whether daily or not) for guys starting to get into their elder years (and maybe even better than cardio in some ways) in order to prevent the loss of muscle mass.. which can likely help with the performance of quite a few daily activities whether being able to be somewhat self-sufficient and/or just to not be too dependent on others in certain areas..
Came to the forum a long time ago and had a spend good time then but in the middle path my forum journey stopped because all my daily activities were on the other side. While trying to keep my family well, I forgot many activities and got diverted to the other side. At the end of the day, family is our first priority. If everyone in the family is well and everyone laughs together, there is no peace in the world than this.
Few time used to think about this bitcointalk from came back here but due to the job of daily life so I didn't have time here. A few days ago, suddenly came to the forum and did some work. Previously.. I used to spend more time on the forum about
Altcoin but now I don't give it anymore. But my previous devices are no longer there and the diary story book but I had written somewhere is not there so i have lost access to one of my wallets that I used to use. In fact, it turned my life around and that is why my job life didn't allow me to do anything about these things. Currently, I have come here again and changed my previous passwords and collected a diary of my own where I have written everything. Maybe they are saved nicely now but I have lost access to many previous things. If I moved from one city to another around 2019, I may have lost and ignored them.
But I don't know if I will give time here but this much is sure after coming here I wasn't so interested in the forum. However, the daily physical exercise of push-ups stopped me while scrolling. This is really a very nice job which is very important for us. At present it will be beneficial for me because if I submit a report of push-ups here every day, my physical exercise will be regular. Try to add some other small exercises for my own well-being.
Although I have worked for the
security forces for so long in my homeland Philippines. For this, my physical exercises were regular in my batch, so my body condition is fairly good even after my age has increased. Since I will get some time now and I will try to give it here. I'm currently 37 years old so my weight is 68-70 kg according to my age and height. I'm in a reasonably stable condition but I think these exercises will help me become more stable and I can share my daily activities with you.

Hello friend, how are you? Although I forgot to congratulate you, I congratulate you for joining this push-up challenge. If you can do this push-up challenge regularly, it will be very interesting for you, so let's participate in this challenge regularly. I was traveling for three days, due to which I could not complete the push-ups for these three days, today I reached home around 2:00 am, I will complete the push-ups from this morning and submit the report, I did not complete any push-ups today, due to which I could not prepare any report.
