A gambler or bettor should not be afraid to take a break from gambling and betting, because in any case it will only be beneficial.
I understand that often a bettor can miss good odds on matches that will be good for a confident bet, but a break will never harm the psyche of a bettor or gambler, because some may then not return to gambling or betting and find a better hobby for themselves that will bring a more stable income.

I once tried not placing bets and taking a break, but at the same time I wrote down the bets I would have made if I had wanted to place them. And I can say that sometimes when it seems like it’s a very good match that should definitely win, it ends up losing, while the bets you have doubts about often turn out well. Therefore, you shouldn’t worry about missing a good match, just treat it as another bet and don’t think that you might be missing something. If you need to take a break, then do it and don’t regret anything.
I agree with you because what actually stops people from taking break or even regulate the way that they gamble is the feeling that you are missing out on very important matches when you are not betting this is one thing that has held many people back continuously gambling and losing.

What people should know is that all games are the same and should be treated as one there is no game that has a better guarantee than the others so taking a break from gambling is one thing that people should do regularly and often because it will help you in minimizing loss and giving you a better strategy to come up with
