I'm afraid Lorenzo Lucca can't be a replacement for Lukaku... Look at his stats below so far. Napoli really needs to complete the transfer of a good striker ASAP. Loan or permanent, it's up to them.

As for Chivu, he gets a manager bounce. It's common thing when his team performed very well. However, winning the league is also beating other big clubs, not only small club. Until his club will able to beat all of serie big club i will not put him as a title contender.
