If you have won multiple times in the beginning, you should take a break and start gambling again. However, if you are gambling just for fun, then it is a different matter and you can continue because your main goal is to have fun. However, those who are new to gambling initially have good luck and winning acts as a trap for them. In this case, if you cannot control yourself and continue to bet even after you have won multiple times, you may face losses or defeats. You will never win multiple times in a row. So you decide for yourself whether you will continue or stop for a while.
Even for those who are gambling for fun, they also need to take a break. It's not as if gambling is the only thing that could be done for fun; they can also focus on other things because the more time they are spending on gambling, the more they will also spend much more money as payment for that fun, and there is also how they will spend too much time doing one particular thing, and the thing will later turn out to be boring, or something else will start keeping them from continuing to play and not be fun again.

That is correct. I have been to a point where I gamble more than spending time with my family, and I don't like what is happening. I realized that it takes a lot of my time, so I minimized the time I spend on gambling and just stopped at a point where I don't like it anymore. After playing slots for a long time, it's easier to get bored with it because of the repetitive type of play.

Taking breaks is important, and it's best if we get used to it. That way, our family would not get cold with us, and we can spend more time with them.
