Do you understand that no lender doesn't wants/ have to risk anything? Not 10%, not even 0.001% and that's why you need to offer valid and substantial collateral. However, it's more than clear that you don't have anything to offer and you are seeking freebies. Sorry, but this ain't going to happen.
