For experience gamble its normal about how much loss and win, its not matter for them one day loss because the next will win so easily forgetting when loss position.
In my case it is different, I tend to forget whether I win or lose, because for me playing another day is another game session and I don't like to think or bring up past experiences so as not to repeat such mistakes, it's like a restart.

A better way to enjoy gambling isto treat it as part of your entertainment and not something that you need to engage yourself and aim to earn profits, though it's part of it but treating gambling that way, you will have a huge time forgetting about losses that you suffer, unlike with doing it to kill some time it easy to forget and move forward.

Not easy though when you are the one who are in the situation, but still doable if you practice well and exercise your intention.
A person who sees gambling as just a form of entertainment will definitely be able to avoid its addiction, problems in gambling only arise when you see gambling with the wrong mindset.
Here, you actually have to keep your mindset and intention right and limit the amount of gambling, even though it is difficult, you must follow it.
You have to learn to accept losses, this is the most important thing, because gambling is something where losses will happen, losses can never be avoided, and for this reason, if you do not have the mindset to accept them, then you should refrain from gambling.
