I came across this thread - Report plagiarism (copy/paste) here. Mods: please give temp or permban as needed and I wondered why it is very much still active.
It is active, but nowhere as much as it was in the past meaning shitposters are learning and are using new tools that are at their disposal. I have known this thread for long, I think that people should not be plagiarizing again, especially now we have AI.
They shouldn't have done it it in the past either. 
Why is there still plagiarism?
