In July, a project announcement appears from a user who has already been accused of fraud (see their profile). The announcement thread is self-moderated, meaning the author of the thread can delete unwanted comments from other users (which he has done repeatedly). After some time, a second announcement thread for the same project appears, but this time the website URL is different. Don't you think there are enough red flags already, or does such a sequence of events seem normal to you?
