All top clubs are cooking the books. Problem is FFS is a joke. Otherwise City would be out of the league for those 115 charges that nobody even talks about anymore.

I can understand Liverpool signings, they brought in two top players for a lot of money. I can't understand Chelsea wingers transfers, they bought like 10 in recent years and they are all similar quality. You can't say that Gittens, Estevao and especially Garnacho are that much better than what they had? Last year it was Neto and Felix, year before Nkunku and I am probably missing some.

I get Joao Pedro and even Delap transfers, they are for the positions Chelsea is missing but wouldn't it be better to buy two world class wingers rather than a bunch of mediocre ones? I am surprised Rashoford didn't come as well  He was needed for Barca book keeping.
