City lost 2-1 to Brighton after taking a 0-1 lead.
Pep hadn't won a single match in his last three matches under Brighton manager Fabian Hürzeler.
City started well, but Haaland missed a goal opportunity in the 9th minute. A poor shot wasted a potential goal.
Milner celebrated his goal six years later at the age of 39.
City played poorly after conceding the equalizer. They couldn't mount a proper attack. Brighton took a 2-1 lead in the 89th minute through Gruda, who secured a victory.
City suffered their second defeat in their third match.
Something had been wrong at City since last year.
Brighton isn't a small team, and I knew the match would be tough for Manchester City because they haven't shown significant improvement this season. That's why I'm not surprised they lost to Brighton today. Manchester City has dropped points, but with the season still fresh, I believe they'll regain their form and perform well.
The problem lies in Pep's appointment as manager.
I don't see any issues with Pep Guardiola being appointed as manager because he has done a lot for them. Last season was his tough season in the Premier League, and despite their recent poor play, we shouldn't assume that he won't perform better this season because the season hasn't gone far. I'm confident he will lead them to victory this year, and in my opinion he's still the best coach in the Premier League.
Arsenal played well today, their performance wasn’t bad in the match, they were not just lucky in the match. The only complain which am having is that Arsenal should work on their midfield, Arsenal midfield is kind of weak which is really affecting them.
Both teams were really good. The first half possessions was dominated by Arsenal, but the second half was controlled by Liverpool, and Dominik Szoboszlai's fantastic free kick gave Liverpool the victory. It was a fortunate win for Liverpool because both teams had strong defenses today. Arsenal problems in this match were from the attacking line not from the midfield because the midfield was well-coordinated and they created more dangerous chances than Liverpool but found it difficult to turn them into goals.
