Talking about "could bitcoin survive from ban" is utterly non sense question. I guess your question is just coming from your imagination without even care by reading the news first. 
Yes I mean for real OP have you been living under a rock? Look around and see that governments are embracing bitcoin now more than ever before and were just getting started as well. We are just at the tip of the iceberg here with what is about to go down. The great accumulation of 2025-2030 !
