I did not make a claim, you did. Can you provide any evidence of "everyone knowing" that ratio of losses or were you just making it up?
The video you provided seems from a Kremlin propagandist, but still does not say what you say. The second one is from an unemployed ex-military analyst that was ejected from his role in the Pentagon - so not someone who would have any access to real information, but certainly someone in need of cash.
