I was hyped up about the game between Liverpool and Arsenal. They were the top two teams last season and were performing with 100% win this season too. They are great team but the game was not as interesting as I thought, less attacks and more passing back and forth. Liverpool again proved themselves to be the better team among the two. Arsenal too was not bad but the team that scores wins. Arsenal still would have chance but considering the performance till date, Liverpool is the favorite to win the title. They have already taken the first place with 100% win record.
Arsenal continued with their boring playing style but in this big match, they failed to score any goal from corner kicks or freekicks while they let Liverpool did it with a fantastic freekick goal scored by Szobozslai. Arteta improved Arsenal since his appearance there as a head coach but year by year, after some seasons, he has changed Arsenal from an attacking team to a very boring defensive team. It's very anti-Arsenal traditionally in his team development approach for Arsenal and in this important direct match, it did not result in good result.
Arsenal did not Liverpool do it as you call it. That Liverpool free kick was no more than a 5% chance to finish like that. Szoboszlai hit it perfectly and it couldn't have been any close than that.
