That's confusing but above all, you've got the withdrawal and you've got no problem anymore. Maybe there's an internal confusion and it's not only one staff that handled your request but a bunch of them. Sometimes this happens but still, problem has been solved and maybe there was no note on your ticket request and also delays could happen not just with 1win but also with other casinos.
