This is surprising news because his dismissal was so swift. I thought he could last just one season. But Leverkusen was already dissatisfied with Ten Hag's poor performance in building the club. It's a shame that his time at Leverkusen was shorter than any other manager I've ever seen.

There was no need to waste time in keep  Ten Hag when there was nothing good he could achieve for the team it was a very good move for the club to sack him now that it is still very early if they had kept him for 10 to 15 matches the Leverkusen team could be struggling in the 15th position before the end of the season. I believe Ten Hag will understand that he needs to take a break and work on his pattern of he ever wants to be hired by a big club again.

From the beginning of Ten Hag's appointment, many fans were already pessimistic about his abilities. But what is happening now may become a historic moment for Leverkusen, which has dismissed its coach in a short time. Ten Hag was unable to stabilize Leverkusen's performance like when it was managed by Xabi. I think his dismissal is a bold decision from the club not to give Ten Hag a chance.
