Been a while since i see BC.Game ads around the forum until i just checked to see that their signatures campaign have been paused, for me this is not a good one from the team considering their level of exposure and community base, it make alot of sense if theirncan keep at it to mentain their presence here in the forum.
They are still maintaining their presence in this forum pretty actively thanks to all the negative criticism against them in recent times with the biggest one being KYC related complaints one after another.
It is good for casinos to remain active and track feedback from gamblers from any platform that they could come from. Negative feedback that is unattended to on one platform can generally affect the reputation of the casino generally. Bad news always spreads faster than good news, and the same goes for feedback.
They aren't some sort of scam site or anything, but they aren't as reliable and trustworthy as some of the top dogs like Stake etc either.
Stake did not achieve the height it did suddenly; its reputation was intentionally built. They started somewhere, and they were able to navigate through all the feedback, good and bad, to arrive at the point they are currently at and with the reputation they have. Casinos that run from addressing negative feedback are casinos that will not be able to build their reputation to be solid enough.
