Not trying to defend 1Win here or anything like that, but I don’t think they processed your withdrawal request (or speed it up) just because you filed those complaints.
Few other customers have experienced similar delays with their withdrawals before and they all eventually got paid. Anyway, congrats on receiving your money and I’m glad it didn’t take more than 48 hours as the support agent suggested.
Still, I hope the 1Win team will take a look at it and do something about it in case this is not an isolated case.
While it's normal to have delays, it's still not good for the image of 1Win casino to have those continuous delayed withdrawals.
Gamblers don't like to wait when it comes to withdrawal so some could really become impatient.
1Win management should really address this issue or else they will start losing some of their users soon. They should immediately state why they are having those delays to not make their users worry.
