He better settle down for a while after this and work on himself and mental health before thinking of taking another job cause it's very obvious that the job at Manchester United really affected him so badly, before he became the manager of that Team he was one of the best in Europe, the best in the Eredivisie league but post working with Manchester United he's been so shitty and can't even secure another job for a complete season, so sad.
Your thoughts are worthwhile, mate. I suggest that Ten Hag and Jose Mourinho take at least one year break. They are both good coaches, but they lack current tactics to win games. Just like Zinedine Zidane and other managers usually do, let both of them go and learn from top coaches how to apply new managerial strategies. Maybe Pep Guardiola might be the next coach to be sacked because of City's poor performance.
This points are very valid, I really agree to this very much, with ten Hag this is the exact thing he needs , a break for a while will do absolutely no harm, if it were possible he should go on a vacation take trips just make sure to take good break from all of the whole professional stress and if need be go for therapy. Other coaches did it and it worked for them so it will onlmake sense if he follows suit before he gets his career too messy that he is unable to get any good job in a good high ranking league.
