Educated people living in rural areas likes to migrate to urban areas because of the job opportunities and a better life in the urban area. It's a known fact that there are better job opportunities in the urban area, its also a known fact that the urban area has more population,  which limits job opportunities. That's why most people that migrate still find it hard to get a job.
I still think it's better to migrate to urban area and you will definitely get a better job opportunities,  which is why people still migrate.
