It's no longer about who is big and who is not. In fact, last season should have taught most people a lesson. For example, how many people here thought that PSG would go all the way and lift it? I am quite sure they were very few, if not, none! If you recall very well, PSG had to even go for play-off in order to qualify for the next round.

The season is muchtoo early to predict the team that will win the Champions League trophy this season because what happened last season was really a surprising result that nobody expected to be like that, but it turned out to be PSG's turn to lift the trophy, so that is why I always tell people to calm down with their predictions. The season has not gone anywhere, and some people are already picking the club that will win the league title, which may be wrong.
Many teams are still yet to show their best performance this season; let's see how it goes. Furthermore, I don't think anybody's prediction may be correct at this stage of the season; the competition has not gone anywhere, and that is why.
It is not necessary for the season to go far before people start predicting the favourite teams to win the Champions League. The predictions start at the beginning of the season and continue until the end. What people need to understand is that a prediction does not mean what you say will actually happen it is simply a probability, a likelihood that something might happen. If it happens, fine; and if it doesn't, that's also fine.
So, if any of the teams that people predicted as favourites to win the Champions League are eliminated along the way, the prediction continues with the remaining teams right up to the final day of the competition.that’s exactly what happened last season. The team that eventually won the Champions League wasn’t even among the top three favourites at the beginning
