I don't know how closely you are following the German media, but let me tell you that it was said there are far more reasons for this decision than just those two bad games in the Bundesliga. And let me remind you that this discussion was going on here from the day it was announced that ten Hag will go to Leverkusen. He is not a good coach and it were my exact words that he will fail at the communication level and that his character is not what Leverkusen needs when they are about to build a whole new team. That is what Alonso did in his first year, he was calm and clear and fair. Ten Hag can't overcome his own ego and he lets players fall without letting them know. He just does it and players don't understand what is going on. You are not building a new team that way. It was the only correct decision Leverkusen could have made today, it would have been better they never signed him in the first place of course.

All I see is people still bitter because of the fall out he had with players at Manchester United, this bitterness has clouded most people’s emotions that they say Ten Hag wasn’t the best choice to pick. The job wad between between Ten Hag and Cesc Fabregas and whether we like it or not Ten Hag is far more ahead of him in experience. People are quick to judge Ten Hag and said that he is a bad manager and some call him out as been worst, but let’s be real here aside Manchester United which other club had he managed before now and wasn’t successful? I don’t think there is any.

They say he was a flop at Manchester United but the only manager to have won more trophies there than him post Ferguson era was Mourinho who was also sacked but where is he today wasn’t he also sacked or do we say Mourinho is also terrible manager?

It is not bad that Bayer Leverkusen parted ways with him but that doesn’t makes him less of what they think, every manager will struggle at first after meeting a dilapidated squad without reinforcements. Bayer Leverkusen sold lots of players which were key to their success and yet failed to get good replacement for them. We will see how the new manager will fair

The probability that it works out between ten Hag and whatever club is very low. It has to do with his character. He is a coach who can't adapt to changes or various circumstances. When he worked at Ajax Amsterdam, the combo of him and the club was more on the lucky side. He had many young players and he could be this dominant guy who disrespects people for a while and as long as there is some success, the club leadership keeps their mouth shut. No other coach would have gotten fired after two games. In his case almost everyone knew that this is about to explode. Ten Hag prefers to be a dictator and he is ignoring other interests even if they make sense. Any sentence from a player that could be interpreted either way, he takes it as if it was an attack against him. If you compare his whole attitude to that of Alonso, you may understand why this couldn't work out at Leverkusen. Raised expectations from the success they had, high rotation within the team due to player sales and purchases, and a coach who loves to be a dictator and destroy young players' careers as long as he is in charge. And if one superstar says a word against him, he is so pissed that he can't get over it for years. Sounds like a great coach to me. According to you he seems to have a bright future ahead of him Tongue
