I'm sure that the fans is even expecting more than this because they really spent a lot this season, and yeah we can't jump into conclusions until they meet with manchester city, chelsea, and manchester united. if they can be able to defeat this above mentioned teams then I will give them my blessings

I don't mean to underestimate them but is obvious that manchester city started this season in a very simple way I was thinking that they will be more aggressive than last season but I was wrong, I was so disappointed with the way they performed in thier previous match.

You are right, it's just the start and we can have clear picture about strength of teams as the tournament progresses. I don't think Man City is threat to Liverpool as Man City has lost two games at very beginning of the season. The match between Chelsea and Liverpool will be interesting, Chelsea has conceded just one goal in its three games and that shows how strong there defence is while they have scored seven goals.
