If such situation happens to you, how would you react? What a person even can do in this situation? Go away with chips? Give chips to someone else and let him cash out? Contact lawyer?
Firstly I will visit the casino office to know the reason why am not been paid my win, there reason is what’s going to determine the next step which am going to take. If I didn’t violate any rules, or done anything bad and still they didn’t pay me, then the next which am going to do is just to contact my lawyer and am definitely going to be sue the company to court, then am sure we going to resolve everything at the court.

Why will I give away my chips to someone else? It doesn’t make sense, since am the one which decide to gamble, and I won, why will I allow another person to cash out? Since I know I didn’t do anything wrong, then am going to fight till I get my money, and if the casino decide not to pay me, then I will make sure I spoil the reputation of the casino company.

That’s why before you decide to gamble, make sure you do your research first to know the reputation of the casino company which you are making use of, you should confirm how reputable they are, if you don’t really find a good review about them, just get a reputable casino and make use of it.
You are right sir, casino companies are legitimate bodies that are been operating legally, so refusing to pay me my win after all evident is been proven is a breach of contract and it's a punishable offense. I will be left with no option than to sue them to court and hoping to see a better result from it.
