Aside from the big signing by Liverpool, we also have few other signing:
Kolo Muani to Tottenham.
Juventus sign Openda because they failed to sign Kolo Muani.
Jackson to Bayern Munich.
I think Kolo Muani making a good decision because Juventus already sign David and they haven't sold Vlahovic, so the competition is tougher. Moving to Tottenham can improve his quality and might likely get minutes to play since Tottenham currently don't have a reliable striker.
Kolo Muani performed well for Juventus last year, playing 16 matches and scoring eight goals. From this perspective, Kolo Muani's loan spell was a successful one. The real criticism is why Juventus didn't sign him sooner. I believe he could be successful with Tottenham. He could also have a productive season in the Premier League. The Jackson transfer, however, is subject to criticism from Bayern. His performance will be the deciding factor in whether he'll be worth the fee.
