Hmmm, honestly that was a really awful display by the Catalan side because Ray Valacano is not that strong to stop Barcelona from the victory, but unfortunately they did... Barcelona attacking was quite poor and I think it is all happened due to bad condition of the ground. Despite there is also mistakes of Barca player but the 70% was due to the pitch condition. However Barcelona have failed to claim the three points, and because of this they are now in 4th place.
Yeah, obviously the defense was too bad. I monitor it well so that whenever Barcelona defense tries to offside trap, they misunderstand each other all the time. I think its happened to player rotation like if Cubarsi and Arojo were there then probably they wouldn't make any mistakes.
Anyway, it's a big lesson for the Hansi Flick side. In next match they will try avoid these kinds of mistakes.
Compared to their first two matches, this third match was indeed Barcelona's worst performance.
Their defense was more vulnerable, and their focus seemed to be elsewhere. Their attack build-up was poor because several midfielders, such as Pedri and De Jong, were almost completely overwhelmed by Rayo's pressing in this match, which made their performance look quite bleak.
