Ever since Mohsin Naqvi took charge as Chairman PCB things are getting worst to worst. Pakistan cricket is going through a crisis but irony is that PCB has no road map or planning on how to get out of this crisis. It's a good decision by PCB to strip Category A status and also drop players who are not performing. One thing which has severely damaged Pakistan cricket is nepotism there are few 'Damad Ji's' in and out of team and 'Susr Ji' is trying his best to retain them in team.
That is strong and direct critique of Pakistan Cricket Board leadership. That are some serious issues that many people are concerned about like lack of clear plan to fix team problems. And that is in dropping non performing players but it does not solve deeper issue of nepotism where players get on team because of family connections other than skill. And exactly this favoritism hurts team spirit and performance. Your comments reflect deep worry that current management is making things worse and that team needs big change in its leadership and culture to get back on track.
