The network has its integrity and unlikely people will cheat or try to do something about it. The only way that people that are going to cheat is through scamming other Bitcoin users like the traditional way. Offering something in return of making some money they promise and those usual scams that we know with the use of fiat and that's why if it's about the bitcoin blockchain, no one can cheat in there. But if it's about P2P transactions, there will be ways for the bad actors to do it.
