How easy for a new president who is been elected to fight corruption in a nation where all the systems of government is been corrupted, like in the force, and judiciary, even the politicians.
Having the mind to stop corruption is not easy in a nation that corruption is seen as nothing, making an attempt to do so some politicians will do everything to frustrate the agenda. Do you think a genuine president can easily end corruption of this level ?
It is never easy for a new president to fight corruption especially if the ex president is corrupted too, because a corrupt ex president will do anything to sabotage the government of the new president just to frustrate him. In the past we had a genuine president that was fighting corruption but couldn't succeed because corrupt men were in the background making sure that corrupt remains in the country and eventually our new president didn't make it to his second half of leadership, corruption is so powerful that it has the power to consume the purest at heart and make him surrender because one genuine president can never succeed against a corrupt system.
To be frank it's not easy to fight corruption especially when the entire system is totally corrupt, I mean the three arms of government which are the Judiciary, executive and the legislative, then it would be very tough for a new president to handle the situation, sometimes it takes dictatorship to end corruption in such situations just like Traore of Burkinafaso did to the corrupt government ruling the Burkinabees.
Well it's not difficult to combat corruption, sure it can be very powerful "to consume the purest of heart" but it can be achievable, take El Salvador for instance, it was once a very corrupt society but one good heart stepped into power and made a difference and he's now trying to build their economy for the future by embracing Bitcoin.
