Manchester United have decided to sign Senne Lammens and it is now clear that they are no longer counting on Martinez. I think Martinez would have been a much better goalkeeper for them, but Manchester United have made a lot of strange decisions in recent years, so this decision is not surprising.
There was a lot of hype too around the signing of Onana before joining United, so I am not expecting much. I am thinking maybe the problem is actually a Manchester United thing and not players because there have been many good players who recently joined them and have had to move to other clubs where they are doing well currently.
With this new goalkeeper, does Onana become the third choice? or second?
