I think you're getting it wrongly, op is not actually talking about that aspect But regarding those that like disclosing thier crypto assets for people to see what they have in thier portfolio. but if that is the case I would say that it depends, I have seen a lot of wealthy people that disguise themselve like they have no asset anywhere They may not look poor they can dress moderately just like every other guys out there just so that people won't know their real identity, some people can decide to  move aside the state to a place where they are not well known. This is how most people do to hide thier wealth, is not a must to build an asset in the place where you live.
