Yes exactly Nico Williams is fantastic player who can change game in instant. You also correctly observed that there is good team like Real Betis can be defeated with single mistake under pressure which is showing that mental toughness is just as important as skill. For Athletic Club to succeed in long run their real strength their strong collective pressing must be maintained consistently as that not just one player talent is key to successful season.
Yes, Nico Williams is indeed a young player who has excellent skills and instincts. So it's no surprise that he has been able to help his team, Bilbao, consistently achieve quite good results in the three matches they have played so far in La Liga. In the match against Betis, even though Nico didn't score, his contribution in this match was truly extraordinary. So with that, I think Bilbao is truly fortunate to have a great player like Nico. Perhaps if Nico had actually joined Barcelona in the transfer market, I don't think Bilbao's performance would be as great as it is now. Because basically Nico is a very important key player that Bilbao has. So with that, it's fortunate that Nico didn't move to Barcelona this season.

I just Love that Nico Williams and the way he plays most of the time, his a perfect player that suits into the role of a proper LW player. Had it been that Athletic Bilbao was a top team in the league, he would have achieved a lot with the team. His move to Barcelona would have even boosted him and the team because he has a lot to offer. But the truth is that Williams will not exceed more than this so long as his still playing for a lesser club in the league compared to the top two clubs. He would have broken more records if only he was playing for either Real Madrid or Barcelona.
