Where is Nepal? Didn't see their name on these groups, did they already knocked out or something?

It's for t-20 wc so how many teams from associate will proceed in the wc, last i heard ICC was open to 24 team wc. It'd be bummer if only 3-4 teams get to travel for ICC tournament.

Well.. this is the Challenge league. It is like tier-2 league for the associate nations. Nepal is one level above, and they are part of the Cricket World Cup League 2, along with teams such as Scotland and Netherlands. And these matches are in 50-over format, and they act as qualification pathways for the ODI World Cup. For the T20I World Cup, there is a separate qualification pathway, based on different regions. That said, the 2026 T20I World Cup will have only 20 participants. The same number will participate in the 2028 edition as well.
for t-20 it won't be exciting if they are following their previous format where  associate playing among themselves first and only few get to play in next round, this process turns 20 team tournament into 14-15 teams competition.

But again ICC won't leave the ranking setup, in fact they are scared of it, same goes with the ODI.
