Given the large size of the wallet and the huge number of transactions, this process usually takes some time.

I mean, it's quite laughable they haven't responded to issues about the delayed withdrawal for weeks or at least assure people how they are trying to rectify the situation and then just chose to do it right now when some affected members probably gave up.
Whether it's just PR or they genuinely have a will to rectify the situation. Time will tell.
