Pakistan is favourite in the entire series, not only in this match. The odds is more than 2.20× for Afghanistan to win, where it is around 1.60× for Pakistan now. Still, I'm expecting that Afghanistan will win the match today. And Pakistan and Afghanistan will be the finalists of this Tri-Series. There will be no chance for Afghanistan to win the trophy of this series if they also lose the match today by a big margin.
Sediqullah Atal and Ibrahim Zadran batted really well to take Afghanistan to a reasonable target. However, I still believe that they should have scored at a better run rate. I thought with wickets in hand they should have reached a total anywhere near 200 runs, but they managed to score only 169 runs.
All the credit of restricting the Afghanistan batsmen goes to Faheem Ashraf who took four wickets in his four over spell. Also Saim Ayub bowled brilliantly, giving away only 18 runs and taking a single wicket only.
