OP you would have attached the link to the video on the thread because you only put up a claim without any verifiable sources and going through the video I can say if the news is actually True then Africa has started waking from their slumber, because everything about Africa has been controlled by the west and the America including sensitive things like the Internet.



Imagine someone monitoring what is happening in Africa African continent through the Internet based on what people are searching for on the Internet, this is actually a good move that will lead to true sovereignty of Africa on the long run.
