You went crazy after receiving such a notification. Due to which you tried to see if you really got so many merits by refreshing in different ways. Even though you did not get so many merits, you still got such a notification. It is actually a technical problem of the bot that has shown the wrong notification on your telegram bot.

What you can do to solve this is:

You can restart the Telegram bot.
You can turn on the Telegram bot wall notification after restarting.

Still, if the problem is not solved, then you can reset everything in the Telegram bot and turn it on again, then your problem will be solved. Although I did not have such a problem, I found a bug in the notification a few days ago, then I solved it by resetting it.
