Arsenal were open to many opportunities to score throughout the first 45 minutes than Liverpool, and into the second half they still were inadequate with utilizing their opportunities. It was a strong match and where strong matches are played up to 80 minutes without a goal the overall projection is a draw for the next 10 to stoppage time. And in the 7 minutes to go for the game to be certified a draw, Szoboszlai free-kick changed the atmosphere in Anfield stadium.

As kids we called such goals "angle 90°" it was an outstanding performance from both sides, one reporter called the match 'Gold vs Silver' the two teams showed much efforts, with Arsenal having the most opportunities, and I knew, Liverpool given a little of the kind of chances Arsenal had in the first half, they'll score a goal. Gakpo said it before the game that Arsenal would want to prove a point in the game, but their task in Liverpool is to win.
What you said is true with Liverpool they came into the match with much determination on winning the match than Arsenal were looking like. Liverpool didn't have many chances but when there was a very open opportunity to get a goal they maximise it. I have skepticism on Arsenal having this season flow in an  incredible way for them, it is going to be harder for them than previous season despite their buildup particularly with how many others clubs have made their squad  tighter than how they were.
I'd say Liverpool is still too strong for Arsenal this season. While both teams played very well and wanted to give their best, it must be acknowledged that the coach was crucial in this match, and Arteta was late in reading the game.

So, it could be said that the difference between Arsenal and Liverpool is the coach. Slot knows who to bring on at what minute, because he knows what he has to do to win. This isn't like Arteta who's always late, and this has always been his weakness every season. Although there were several Arsenal players who didn't stand out in that match he didn't replace them with other players to improve the game. He should have brought Eze on earlier, not in the 70th minute. This was different Slot's changes paid off. Szoboszlai free kick was special, and Slot decision to bring on Jones was perfect as Liverpool ball flow was more fluid.
