Never bought food with Bitcoin, but I did buy one item online with it, and it was quite an interesting experience, as I simply had to send a certain amount of Bitcoin to the designated wallet, and then the item was delivered to my house. Even now, if I have the opportunity, I'll probably use my Bitcoin, whether to top up my e-wallet or for other purposes.

Because I feel like Bitcoin is a currency, so its use for payments is fine. However, government regulations sometimes prevent you from using it for offline transactions, which has led to fewer people using Bitcoin for their daily transactions.

Not to mention the transaction fees and the potential for future profits, which make many people reluctant to actually spend their Bitcoin. In the end, though, it comes down to personal choice, whether someone prefers to use Bitcoin as a direct means of payment or hold onto it as a long-term investment.
