Can we really call that wasteful? the only problem that Barcelona has is their defense, their attacks are very effective. Inter Milan knocking out Barcelona in the Champions semifinals last season was just mere luck, if not both teams pull out a tough match and Barcelona had better chances of advancing to the finals but got weakened by the carelessness of their defenders.
Yea they are wasteful..It’s not about the defense but yeah defense has it own side .. The reason why you probably didn’t notice is because they create a lot of chances to cover up.. It’s not every game though but it’s somehow obvious in some but still you might not notice it because it ends up as a win(unless you’re used to watching their games). The Intergame was just partly defense, they should have put the lead to 5-3 and there shouldn’t have been any ET but they wasted those chances and eventually got kicked out in the extratime time..
