At 3:40 the video says that this supposed alternative African internet is running on "something called the African Digital Protocol" that is "completely incompatible with traditional internet protocols" which makes absolutely no sense at all. Why bother inventing a new network stack? Even the North Korean intranet is running on plain old TCP/IP.

I'm sure there's innovative digital initiatives happening in Africa, but it's not whatever this video is trying to sell. That channel just seems to be one of many engagement bait content mills.
