There are hundreds of proven scammers, and it will take a long time for someone to compile the entire list. As for scammers who try to scam people in private messages, people should report these scammers. I don't remember if I ever received such PMs before. I assume I didn't, or else I would have reported them on the reputation board.

I assume you are expecting people to report similar incidents in this thread, as others are reporting spammers, plagiarists, and others. As long as the scammer already has negative feedback on their profile, it should be enough for people to understand that we shouldn't deal with them.
